The two candidates are:
- Jerry Govan Jr.
- Johnny Felder
This district covers the following precincts:
- Chalk Hill
- Gaston 1
- Pine Ridge 1
- Swansea 1
- Sandy Run
Anyone who voted in the Democratic Primary on June 11 or did not vote on June 11 can vote in this Run-Off. If you voted in the Republican primary on June 11, you cannot vote in a Democratic Party run-off
In addition, there are 3 Republican run-offs on June 25:
- State Senate, District 10 – Republican
- State Senate, District 23 – Republican
- State Senate, District 26 – Republican
